The best thing is to look at ASA code release notes as it does depends on end users and reported bugs , look in latest code opened caveats and resolved caveats sections as well as in code code 7.2(4) to sort of give you an indea of where things stands on both. I ran 7.2 code for a while and did nto have any issues, but needed EIGRP functionality and upgraded to 8.0(3), the upgrade is fairly simple and easy and it all depends on your needs and current problems if any running 7.2(4).. so far I have no issues in 8.0.3.
