ASA 8.4(4) no management access with VPN (Anyconnect)

For Anyconnect the pool is in the same range as the management interface of firewall. I am able to ping the internal network but not able to access the ASA ssh/https through Anyconnect.

Hardware/Software details:

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 8.4(4)

Device Manager Version 6.4(9)

ASA5510, 1024 MB RAM, CPU Pentium 4 Celeron 1600 MHz

i have already added route-lookup at the end of the nat statement but it is still not working....

nat (inside,outside) source static any any destination static NETWORK_OBJ_172.16.20.0_24 NETWORK_OBJ_172.16.20.0_24 no-proxy-arp route-lookup
