ASA licenses

ok i got the ASA up and running and our license PAK came in and it says to go to http://cisco.com/go/license which i do run through like the wizard, at the end i get this

Wrong Sku(s) 'ASA5510-SEC-PL=' for 'ASA5510-AIP10-K9'

Serial Number = xxxxxxxxxx

Wrong platform; upgrade requested IS NOT allowed.

Jason,

Looks like there is some issues with the Serial Number and Contract Associated with the Sales Order. You need to open a TAC SR and someone from the licensing team should be able to assist you right away. Typically, if everything looks right, it should not take more than few minutes to generate a new license and e mail it to you.
