You could add the 'log' keyword to the end of your ACL that permits that traffic. Then send that to a syslog. However, it would be difficult to report on the info. Unless you used something like www.splunk.com which has reporting features.
Your probably better of getting some spealized software or hardware that is made for that. Don't know of any but I know they exist.
