ASA NAT SIP Question

I would like to know what would be the configeration, if i can get the example to allow SIP calls from outside and land to the CUCM located inside our network. There are 2 ASA involved so wondering if we have to open ports for SIP on the inside ASA or the one facing the MPLS cloud. Here is the topology:

CUCM---------ASA-1-------------Core-----------------ASA-2----------------MPLS

          cucm           inside               inside               outside

CUCM IP=10.10.10.2, CUCM NAT on ASA-2=192.168.10.2 to destination across MPLS/SIP =167.10.10.2

No NAT on ASA-1

Thanks
