ASA Routing in a Nexus VPC Domain

I have a new deployment of two Nexus 7K's with a VPC design.  ASA 5585's will be deployed in Layer 3 mode (requirement) for security services.  Since this is a VPC environment, I was planning on using the 8.4 LACP feature to dual-connect each ASA (Active / Standby) to both 7K's.  However will this cause problems if the customer needs to run OSPF between the 7K's and the ASA?  I read a requirement that routers be connected with separate L3 links to a VPC environment, making me wonder how to properly deploy these ASA's in L3 mode.

Thanks!!!
