ASA rule configuring help

I need to configure the following rule and need help to configure a ACL:

Server (192.168.254.22)is in the DMZ

From server Port 1521 open only to users inside the xyz domain (not external

users)

From Server Port 80 open to any host (internal and external) And enable internet access from server

XYZ# sh ip address

System IP Addresses:

Interface Name IP address Subnet mask Method

Ethernet0/0 outside 195.8.188.82 255.255.255.240 CONFIG

Ethernet0/1 inside 150.200.200.61 255.255.0.0 CONFIG

Ethernet0/2 dmz 192.168.254.254 255.255.255.0 CONFIG

We also need the output of

sh run static | i 192.168.254.22

and

sh run access-group
