Hi,
ASA contains one outside interface on which WAN link is terminated having security level of 0.
Internal interface have a security level of 100.
I want to telnet the ASA from outside as well as from inside interface.
telnet access is given to all the user at outside as well as inside interface for "IP add 0.0.0.0 and mask 0.0.0.0." Inspite of that i am not able to telnet from any of the interface.
Please help.... Am i missing something...

telnet 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 inside
telnet 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 outside
These are the only comands to allow telnet on ASA however you should check the interface name also authentication the way its configured on box.
Thanks
Ajay

Hello Shashi,
Can you do a capture to check if the packets are reaching the interface of the ASA.
access-list capin permit tcp any any eq 23
capture capin access-list capin interface inside
capture capout access-list capin interface outside
Try to make the connection ( from one outside pc to the outside interface, from one inside pc to the inside interface)
and provide:
sh capture capin
sh capture capout
