ASA5505 cannot access https://ipaddress/admin

When I enter https://ipaddress/admin I get the error "cannot display webpage".

I'm connected directly to it and my browser allows java and security connectivity. To simplify trouble shooting, how can I reset the config to factory defaults?

configure factory-default will take it basck to factory. write erase then a reload will erase the entire config
