The ASA5510-BUN-K9 is alive and well.
Here is the EOS/EOL information on the ASA series

There you can se that there is no notice that the 5510 should be obsolete anytime soon.
if you look at the 5580 then you can see that the end of sales announcement was 2011
and the last hw support date is 2017. ie 5 years from End of Sales date wich was 2012.
according to that logic the ASA5510 will not be dead for many years to come.
However you stated in an earlier post that someone have said it is obsolete,
The software you stated that your ASA had in that post, IS Obsolete ie 7.0
since 23 of april 2010.
If you would like to upgrade to the latest version of the ASA software you most likely would have to buy more memory.
the ASA5510-MEM-1GB=
This is due to the fact that all ASA-5510 that are sold today have more memory than those who where sold earlier.
Another way of interpreting the "obsolete" is that Cisco announced new hardware firewalls series just a week or two ago
The ASA -X serie.
ie the new model of ASA.
But i doubt that was what they where talking about.
