i installed ASDM from my ASA5505 and the app launches but when i input the IP address, username and PW it says its "unable to launch device manager from 10.30.13.18"

What am i doing wrong?

Thoughts?

Hi,

 

You are hitting a known issue in the ASDM. please use the browser and launch the webstart launcher or follow the process mentioned in the release note.
