best way to config a 5510 from a pix 6.3(4) config
Hi. I was wondering what would be the best way to config a new 5510 when I only have a Word Pad doc of the 6.3(4) pix config file to go on right now? Is it even possible to do from that point? Thanks in advance!
Re: best way to config a 5510 from a pix 6.3(4) config
This question was asked a while back, I tend to go with this thread, copy/paste, if you have rather fairly small config file it is much easier to take the time and start building asa5510 config from scratch, even if your config is very large it is best to rebuild config referencing config from 6.3 code, beside, it also serves to thouroughly audit and validate your current 6.3 config rules /clean up etc.. that you may thinks is not longer used..
