Botnet Database not updating

I have an evaluation license for Botnet Filter on ASA but I am struggling to get updates from CSIO. I have an access control device sitting in front of ASA and I have allowed traffic to and from https://update-manifests.ironport.com

When I issue the below command  I am getting 'fetch update failed'

dynamic-filter database fetch

The firewall can resolve the DNS for update-manifests.ironport.com

Am I missing something?

Hello Mbstrauss,

I mean that's all you need,

I would bypass the access-control device just to make sure this is an issue with the botnet setup or behavior on the ASA.

It does not work. I am still getting the same message.

I am running the firewalls in failover mode and as I mentioned earlier I have an evaluation version of botnet fiter.

Should this matter?
