I have'nt any nat configuration but I have static command. Please show me en sample configuration for Access-list and a appropriate static command. Tanks a lot

If the inside is higher security the you need a static or a nat 0 to work bidirectionally. Something to translate or identity translate the inside host.
For example if ur outside is x then you will need
- static (in,dmz) x x (if you don't want to translate him)
- static (in,dmz) y x (if you want x to look like y for the dmz)
If you are trnslating the dmz host that is not right.
Also make usre you have routes to reach the host you are trying to ping by reaching the ASA first.
Also check your ACLs.
