Can't access internet via ASA with PIP network

hi - we're currently migrating from a meshed VPN network to a PIP/MPLS network, and i was able to get our Madrid network (10.70.x.x) to connect last week, but currently cannot get our Rome site (10.60.x.x) to connect using the same method - have been working on this for 15 hours straight and am now so tired i'm probably missing something really obvious, here - can anyone see it and help a Tired Troubleshooter out?

fix this myself, am obviously more tired than i thought - i printed out the config and went through it line by line and there was a "deny any any" statement that was preventing traffic from Rome being routed correctly
