Can't get traffic in either direction

I've got a PIX firewall running 6.3(1) and I can't get any traffic to go from Outside to Inside and I can only get icmp traffic to go from Inside to Outside.

I've tried to open it up completely so all traffic will flow (will the though to locking it down later) but my acls don't seem to be making any difference.

here is the config:

Can't get traffic in either direction

Hello Peter,

For traffic to be generated and accepted from Out to In you need a NAT that allows bidirectional communication such as Static nat or Nat Exemption (NAT 0).

Now for traffic from In to Out you are missing the Route to the internet., something like

route outside 0 0 ISP router IP (on the 192.168.111.0/24) or are you just trying to ping a host on the 192.168.111.0/24???

How are you testing communication anyway?
