Hi all,
Friends, i need UR advice... i have 2 networks, and they are connected to each outhers with VPN (site-to-site VPN)... One site is ASA 5510 and anouther ASA 5505... Inside the ASA 5510 i have Domain Controler, SharePoint and Mail server (EX)... My question is next: i want, user from ASA 5505 have access to to this services (Domain Controler, SharePoint and Mail server (EX))
Will be just <<sysopt connection permit-ipsec>> enough for User (ASA5505) could have access to this resourses...
Hope U know the answer and will help me ... ))

Well it depends, on how the access lists are created on each ASA. Do they allow the user subnet to access the server subnet? If so they you should be fine assuming the tunnel is already up and operational like you state.
If not post a config and lets see what you have going on.
