Hi,
I am trying to access the email server from internet by writing the real ip (210.56.C.D/mail) on web browser but unable to access the server.Attached is the topology as well as the configuration of PIX and Router.
I shall be thankful if anyone help me to findout and resolve the issue.

The reason is this:-
You are trying to use a web browser - that uses either TCP port 80 or if you are using SSL TCP 443.
Your firewall rules only allow SMTP TCP/25 or POP3 TCP 110 thru the firewall to the email server.
Now is you email server configured correctly to be able to connect via TCP poprt 80? Is so add a rule to the firewall to allow TCP 80.
