I have the tool and am running my Checkpoint on Unix HP server. How do I copy the files from the Checkpoint to my local PC in order to use the conversion tool to convert them? Thanks

1- log into the HP Unix Server as root,
2- type "tcsh"
3- cd $FWDIR/conf
4- now copy the file objects_5_0.C, .fws and
.W files over to your PC via SCP or ftp or
whatever you prefer,
5- netstat -rnv to get the routing table,
That's what you need to for the conversion
tool.
Keep in mind that the conversion tool is not
that great either.

Here is the new self-service tool that Cisco has released to convert to any vendor firewalls to Cisco ASA.
Currently it supports Juniper ScreenOS and CheckPoint to Cisco ASA conversion.
