Cisco AD Agent version 1.0.0.32 in Windows server 2012 R2 Standard does not work

I installed Cisco AD Agent version 1.0.0.32 in Windows server 2012 R2 but it does not
work when I run AD Agent adactrl.exe, it shows me the follow message:

Connection Error. Unable to connect to server: 0
An exception occured! Connection Error
For further information use:
adactrl help

I tried to run with administrator permissions, to run the start command , the stop
command and restart command and shows me the message written above. I have verified
the ports too.

Can somebody please, give a suggestion?

I have the same issue too. It looks like Cisco AD Agent Service doesn't start either in the services window
