Cisco ASA 5510 with CSC SSM 20 Module (Trend crashing)

Hi,

I am not sure if there is a bug fix for this or not, or even how to apply a patch to the CSC module. Our problem is when we configure any URL blocking or URL filtering, it seems that the CSC module crashes and none of the web traffic can procede any more until rebooting the entire ASA.

Anyone experience this problem aswell ?

Also, on the issue of the CSC SSM module, is there any way to see what trends website category database holds? There are domains that are blocked and shouldn't be and others that should be but aren't. Any way to see for each category which ones they have?

You are hitting cisco bug CSCse86517. You should upgrade to code 7.2(2). I don't think there is currently anyway to see what is in the list of blocked domains in the database.
