I have recently configured Cisco asa version 9.1 firewall with multiple vlans, everything is working but excerpt I couldn't ping the gateway of other vlan from ASA firewall itself (using other vlan interface to ping another vlan interface - all same security level) or host. Pinging to default gateway and other vlan host is fine. Please advise?
Are you saying that you cant ping from a host on one Vlan to another Vlans gateway interface IP address on the ASA?
If so, then this is default behaviour for ASA and it also CANT be changed. Host behind an interface can only ping the ASA interface behind which they are located. They cant ping any other ASA interfaces IP address.
