I have redundent switchs on my internal network where a server plugs into each switch so that if a port goes down, bad cable, bad switch, connectivity remains. I have a 4-port ethernet module on my PIX and was wondering if that could tie into each switch with spanning tree to increase my redundancy. This way if a switch dies, I do not have to physically move the cable to another switch. If this is possible, does anyone have any examples on how to configure it?
