cisco pix 525, wright running config to nvram fails -No memory available

I have CISCO pix, verion 525,

today while trying to save the config, I am getting below error

GPRS-PIX# wr

Error executing command

Can you please suggest what can ben the cuase?

and what should do to fix this problem?
