Configuring pix 501 authentication pppoa

Hi

I have linksys wireless modem/router my network currently working fine on this device. I bought Cisco pix501. i have configured the PIX.

ip address outside pppoe setroute

vpdn group Internet request dialout pppoe

vpdn group Internet localname xxxxxx@123456.net.au

vpdn group isp request dialout pppoe

vpdn group isp localname xxxxxx@123456.net.au

vpdn group isp ppp authentication mschap

vpdn username xxxxxx@123456.net.au password xxxxxx

vpdn username vpn password 123456

The problem is encapsulation is pppoa. I dont know how to configure the pix 501 if the encapsulation pppoa. Could anyone assist me how to configure.

The pix 501 does not have an ATM interface so it cannot do PPPOA. If you need to do PPPOA you need to look at a router instead.
