convert router ACL to Cisco ACL

Hi

I was wondering if there is a tool to convert router ACL to Cisco ASA ACL?

I have huge number of router ACLs that need to be moved to my FWSM , doing it manually will be a nightmare !!!

Any ideas ?

What about a way to import the ACL using ASDM ? If I have the policies in excel sheet in ASDM ACL Export format , can I import it to the ASA ?

Do you have many different subnet-masks used? If not it should be easy to do a search and replace in an editor. If you have many different masks it should be possible to script that with python/perl and so on ...
