I have Cisco FWSM on 6513 switch. Sometime lets say for 10hrs in a month, we face problem while login into FWSM either using TACACS Credentials or using local credentials.
FWSM is integrated with Cisco ACS and proper local credentials are in place. login issue happens on random basis, no perticular time or day or any period. but we face this issue and it automatically gets resolved after few hours... even we cant login through console during that period...
We have tagged TAC 2 times and TAC engineers have worked on it, analysed logs but issue is not resolved by them.
