Debug ARP ERROR

I have a intermittence problem with my ASA 5540. When testing connectivity to the servers directly connected me respond randomly.

I have reviewed the ARP tables, finding no problems. I did a debug ARP and I throw the following errors
:

 

arp-req: request for X.X.X.X still  pending
list full, bp 0x700d32a0 freed
arp-req: generating request for X.X.X.X at interface OnDemand-OOB
arp-req: request for X.X.X.X still  pending

5465 in use, 56400 most used

 

I have looked for information about this error and have not found anything.
