device snmp polling

Anand,

icmp type 5 message is a redirect message. Is there another path between the source and the destination?  I believe

172.29.131.3 - is a another L-3 deivce that is letting 172.29.131.26 this IP know of a different path between it

172.29.131.26 and 10.21.252.143.
