i have ASA, and i have 10Mb internet connection.
i want to divide the internet 6mb in the DMZ interface and 4Mb in the inside interface. can i do that using ASA and QOS.

I try to divide to split 10 MB internet comes from my ISP and get into the ASA, 6 Mb in DMz interface and 4 Mb in the Inside.

ok so you are talking about splitting inbound traffic - as your ISP is providing you with a 10 MB pipe then you can't split inbound traffic - out bound traffic you could setup QoS to enable priority for either your DMZ or internal traffic out through the ASA box but that would be about it.
You could put a switch in between your ISP and your ASA box with vlans and rate limit that for inbound traffic but as I said the ISP would just be pushing all traffic regardless of the destination - so if you did that you would just be creating a bottleneck.
