email from DMZ server to Inside interface exchange server

I am unable to send email traffic from a web app on a server on my DMZ(Pix 525) to my exchange server on my inside interface. It works fine when the email traffic comes from the same app on the inside interface. I have allowed traffic from the dmz server to the exchange box but no email is sent. Any suggestions? Thank you all in advance. Tony

I think it can not work just with ACL, what is your config ?
