find out latency in asa

Hi

Website published  through asa firewall .it uses port  non default port . users complaining that when he running certain process it is taking long time . 

But when it is running   internally everything is normal (  interlal access not through the asa)   .So in that case i  believe asa making some issues  . 

How can i verify that asa  really causing the problem 

 

Please advise

Sometimes this is due to some

Sometimes this is due to some page redirection to certain ports that are not allowed.

I would check the logs and captures and see if anything is being dropped on the firewall side.
