Firewall ASA 5505 (Transparent) - Filter with hostname

Hello,

I have a question about filtering with Asa 5505. Customer asking me to configure the possibility to filter traffic between inside and outside interface using hostname of PC instead of IP. Is it possible ? Using inspection ? Is there an alternative ?

Other possibility is to use Mac Filtering, but I don't see the option in the firewell configuration.
