FTP problemm

hello..

I am not able to connect FTP server of my client behind ASA but it is working if i bypass ASA. I have checked packet tracer its showing all phases are allowed. Can you pls help me what else could i check to solve this.

I have ASA ver 8.4(3).

Where is the server?

What mode of FTP are you using? Passive/Active?

What is the ACL you have configured for it and the NAT rule?

Can you share the show run policy-map

could you also do a packet capture between the interfaces where the FTP traffic is flowing and the post the pcap file here.
