FWSM: ContextC Outside Interface down

I have FWSM with multi-context running on 6509. Vlan 8 is allocated to ContextC as Outside interface and it's down. However, on 6509 switch, interface Vlan 8 is up. No matter I did shut and no shut on the FWSM or switch, Vlan 8 on FWSM is down. I have no problem with other vlans allocated to other contexts.

If any one knows why, please don't hesitate to let me know immediately.

Have you allocated this vlan to both the FWSM from both the switch ie. firewall vlan-group... and to the specific context from the system execution space ?

Is vlan 8 shared with other contexts ?

No, Vlan 8 is dedicated to one Context.

Btw, problem has been fixed after I reboot the FWSM.
