Hello. Our company is about to invest in the FWSM modules for our two 6500's in order to zone our internal network. I was wondering if there were any specific training courses that dealt with these, or are we better off taking a PIX course?
We currently don't have much PIX knowledge, as we run Checkpoint on all of our firewalls. Any recommendations?

By taking training that cover the Cisco Firewall Specialist certification you should be able to work with FWSM.

OK, thanks. Global Knowledge offers a PIX/ASA course here in Ottawa (http://www.globalknowledge.com/training/course.asp?pageid=64&courseid=9496&catid=218&methodid=c&country=Canada&translation=English), but the only thing I'm a little concerned about is that they seem to spend quite a bit of time on VPN stuff, which I'm not really interested in.
They do have a course in the US that seems much more geared toward the FWSM though, which might be an option (http://www.globalknowledge.com/training/course.asp?PageID=9&catid=&courseid=9346&country=United+States&pagetype=outline&methodid=c).
