FWSM stopped working

  i have a customer having 2 FWSM installed in VSS 6509

he  was not able to access them , on same time communication between clients and Database behind firewall was disconnected.

he Reload both FWSM module in sequence resolve the problem.

i need to investigate and trouble shoot what causes this issue

what loging i need how can i investigate in thie problem

model WS-SVC-FWM-1

HW 4.5 FW 7.2(1) SW 4.1(7)

FWSM stopped working

Hi,

You would need to rely on FWSM and switch logs for this, since both the boxes are reloaded, It might have reset all the counters whihc could have helped us investigate
