Hairpin Setup from Inside to DMZ Public NAT

We have some new IP phones on an internal vlan/network that require UDP > 1024 to be permitted to reach the public IP of a DMZ proxy server.

All the phones get routed to a gateway on a layer 3 switch and then take a default route to the IP of the inside interface. From there they are translated on the outside interface via a dynamic PAT.

The proxy DMZ server is simply a one to one static NAT with an inside and outside (public) IP.

How do I configure that UDP traffic to route to the outside public IP of the DMZ proxy server?

Screenshot in ASDM would be awesome if possible!. Running ASA verson 9.1(3) routed on and ASA5520.
