Help with ASA 5505 Security Plus Appliance inside Netopia 3347NW DSL modem

Hello all, I have DSL server with BellSouth and I also just purchased a Cisco ASA 5505 Security Plus Appliance. I am interested in configuring the Netopia to be used no longer as a router but only as a pass through so that I can begin to use the ASA 5505 to manage routing.

I need to know how to configure both devices so that I can begin to use the ASA 5505.

Really not enough information to go on.

If the handoff from the DSL modem is Ethernet then you can plug that directly into port 0 on the ASA. Then you just need to configure the ASA.

Here is the configuration guide for the ASA. Some features may not be allowed with the 5505 licese you have.
