HTTP server not working on the ASA running 8.0

I upgraded from 7.2(2) to 8.0(2) and I'm using ASDM 6.0(2) on my ASA. I need to HTTPS to the ASA so I can download the new ASDM but when I try to connect and I debug HTTP in the ASA I get the following.

ASA# HTTP: processing GET URL '/admin/public/index.html' from host 10.10.10.30

HTTP: authentication not required

HTTP: file not found: public/index.html

Have you ever seen this and if so do you know how to fix it?
