Hi everyone,

For below identity NAT

static(inside,dmz) 10.10.10.1 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.255

Where 10.10.10.1 is server behind the inside network.

If i config this with

static(dmz,inside)10.10.10.1 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.255

Need to know is both above identity NAT are same?

Any difference between them?

My purpose is if server 10.10.10.1 talk to dmz its IP address does not change

Regards

MAhesh

No they are not the same because the first statement means the server is on the inside whereas the second statement means the server is in the DMZ.
