Installing Flashing Card Into ASA5520

Hi We have two Cisco ASA5520 setup in Active / Failover mode. We are running low in memory on the primary and have ordered a extra 512MB Flash Card.

Anyway does anyone know if we have to do anything special to install this or can we just plug this into the front of the ASA while it is live? Or do we have to power down and power back up the box? Is there any commands we need to run for the ASA to see the extra memory?

Thanks

I am assuming this is the user flash (external) and not system flash (internal). The user flash can be installed while live. To check that it is there do a "dir disk1:"

Also in the "show ver", there should be another flash field for external flash.
