Hi all. I currently have a PIX 515 running IOS 6.3. I plan on buying a PIX 515E UR with IOS 7.0 or 8.0 on it.
I want to allow my Windows users to use PPTP Windows vpn connections to make an inbound VPN connection to our PIX and still allow them to access the Internet simultaneously. Does anyone know how to do this with specific examples?
Thanks

I've upgraded to a ASA ver 8.x and my understanding is PPTP isn't supported. I've converted over to the Cisco AnyConnect client because it is very flexible.
You can use split tunneling to provide support for internet browsing while connected to VPN.

So, I can use the split tunneling on the PIX 515E ?

Yes that is possible, both on the Pix515 and Pix515E.
