IOS Content Filtering, categories of sites

My router doesn't block sites which belongs to category which I whant to block. I don't know these sites simply don't belong to that category or something is wrong. Can I check the URL manually on Trend Micro server?

Please let me know how are you doing URL Blcoking/Filtering on router ..local url filtering,NMIDS,or external url filtering ?
