Is any traffic hit diff between "failover active" and "no failover active" cmds?

Hi

We have 6500 FWSM "WS-SVC-FWM-1 6 ports Firewall Module Rev. 3.0". Two FWSM configured as statefull failover.

In recent testing (we have no chance to repeat the tests, since these were observed during production network maintenance), we noticed that at the same failover testing, looks like issue cmd "failover active" to standby FWSM would see traffic hit (about 2mins) shorter than issuing cmd "no failover active" to active FWSM (about 3min). Any inside info regarding what the different for these two cli cmds and possible reasons for the traffic hit different? and any recommendations for best practice.

Thanks in advance.
