I got a question a about is there a Cisco VPN client that can be used with Honeywell PDA and Cisco ASA?

It's not officially supported (meaning not tested).

BTW, does it have L2TP over IPsec client on that PDA? if it does, maybe you can test it.

I seriously doubt you will see a VPN client developed for this very small market share device. I'd pursue the SSL VPN route for something like this and deliver the required services via the device's browser interface.
