ISP Failover to WAN

I have a client that has a WAN established between 5 offices which share a single internet connection from the HQ. They want each office to have direct Internet access to free bandwidth. They require that if the branch office ISP fails that they have some other means of getting out. Is it possible to configure an ASA 5505 with ISP failover where the backup ISP is actually the WAN back to HQ?

I loaded a test config and it takes it but I can't actually test this with what I have. Would NAT get in the way?

I am thinking it should work because it is really just default route tracking I don't think nat should affect it as long as its configured correctly.
