Linksys 4000 - Disabling outbound SMTP except from Exchange Server?

I'm working with just a lowly Linksys business router (Linksys RVS4000), so I'm not sure I'm in the right forum. On the "IP Based ACL" page I have SMTP enabled on the Linksys from my Exchange IP address. I want to add a 2nd rule that excludes any outbound SMTP traffic from any other IP address on the network. Tried setting a Deny Any for the whole network and making that Priority 2 on the assumption the router would first honor outbound email from the Exchange Server and then stop anything else. However this configuration results in stopping all email. Any ideas? Thanks.
