NAT overlapping networks

We need solve following scenario

LAN(192.168.10.x)

router-----------HQ(10.130.10.0/24)

PIX

Partner network (10.130.10.0/24)

Our LAN 192.168.10.x is connected via leased line to our HQ 10.130.10.0/24.. Now we need connect partner network with our pix and partner has same IP like our HQ.. This is logical layout (in the fact PIX is not connected directly to router they have just inside ports in same VLAN, router is our GW)

I need configure nat on pix (6.3(5)) to be partner network translated to 192.168.11.x and on router only configure static route (192.168.11.x via PIX)

Thanks

TJ
