ipsec vpn Client disconnects every time when "peer response timeout" expires. Config attached. Ran ethereal and show no keepalives coming from PIX.

I think you should configure the ike proposal life time to more than one day which is 86400 seconds. Also increase the isakmp keepalive on PIX from 10 to 60 or 3600.
